There is no need to do what everyone else does.
I start like a painter with a blank canvas and a head full of ideas! Trust me, I am fountain of creativity, we can develop any celebration you want to have into a work of art!
Your special day
With no need tick legal boxes, we can work together to create a unique ceremony just for you, putting the actual ceremony, the celebration of your love and commitment to each other at the heart of the day.
Ever sat through a boring ceremony waiting for the bar to open? Your guests will not be doing that, they’ll be talking about it the whole day and the way home!
We can incorporate your love story, personal vows (I can help with writing these) and exchange of rings with an option to sign a ceremony certificate, making a beautiful keepsake from the day.
Family and friends can be involved in any way you choose be that in a beautiful symbolic sand ceremony, ring warmings, readings, performing songs or a whole congregation karaoke!
How does it work?
First things first we check the date!
I will send you a contract and all the information you need
We will meet and discuss all your hopes and dreams for your ceremony and your life ahead
I will then go away and work my magic weaving all your stories into an original bespoke script.
I will present your ceremony script and any changes can be made, this will be a least 6 weeks before the big day so you can feel confident it's sorted and focus on all the other stuff!
On the day I will arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to liaise with your wedding planner, venue manger or family to make sure everything is in place and will run smoothly...
I will then leave you to enjoy your day, depending on the package you've chosen, I can stay until your first dance. In this role I am your announcer properly introducing the big moments of the day, your entrance, speeches, scooping up stragglers for photos, anything that needed to make sure you can focus on your day and each other!
Legalities
You will need to arrange to be legally married.
You wouldn't take 200 guests to register the birth of a child, you can view your wedding the same way.
Choosing the put a creative memorable ceremony at the heart of your day gives you the freedom you have your day, your way.
When giving notice to marry, you may be told the registrar can provide a bespoke ceremony, (costing £400-£600) this is not completely true, you will not meet them before the day, they will not write a personalised original script just for you. They will not offer the opportunity to write your own vows or any support with the day of choreography of your ceremony.
I, however will offer all of these...
You can arrange to get married at the registry office for £57 including a wedding certificate, you will need a couple of witnesses. Some people do this ticking it as another job off list, others choose to make it special personal moment and celebrate with a meal or cocktail afterwards!
